Innocence Project Lawyers Discuss Daniel's Case on KTLA
Sep 6, 2012 — A Los Angeles man who's been in prison for 13 years and was ordered released by a Federal judge two years ago is still incarcerated while the state appeals the ruling.
The State Attorney General's office then appealed...not because it believes Larsen to be guilty, but because his new lawyers missed the deadline for filing papers in the case.
