Allow Related Building Concierges to sit during work

We, the Residents of your buildings are upset by your strict policy about not allowing your concierges to sit. Numerous times we have seen concierges work double shifts, being forced to stand on their feet for over 12 hours at a time. This is an excessive and unnecessary physical burden which causes them foot pain, back pain and needless exhaustion. In most buildings concierges have a chair and are allowed to sit when work is slow and they don't need to attend to residents. We ask that you change your policy and allow your concierges to have the reasonable option of sitting when work is slower. It is simply unreasonable to force them to stand even during slow times when there is no pressing need for them to stand, besides a work rule. Their job is stressful and exhausting enough as it is. We suggest management could at least provide a "standing chair" such as this https://jet.com/product/detail/74b8d2f8c6a644b1b8c74496a8dcf3f8?jcmp=pla:ggl:NJ_dur_Gen_Industrial_Scientific_a1:industrial_scientific_industrial_furniture_lighting_other_a1:na:PLA_784744764_40872637613_pla-302418265120:na:na:na:2&code=PLA15&pid=kenshoo_int&c=784744764&is_retargeting=true&clickid=326ced4e-c7d0-48cd-8bd2-d8788edce3ac
