I am opposed to the approval of the Silo at Southern Pines multifamily apartment development application, on the Virginia Beach City Council agenda on October 17, 2023.

I am asking for City Council to deny the application in its entirety because it asks for too many exceptions to the Laws, Codes and Ordinances of the City and is just TOO MUCH.

This proposal seeks numerous exceptions to existing Laws, Codes and Ordinances of our city. It's crucial that we uphold these regulations to maintain the integrity and character of our community.
