The members of Team Phoenix are greatly saddened by the news of Ann de le Hay's resignation. We feel this is completely unacceptable and are asking the members of the Board of Directors to work with Ann to come to a resolution that ends with her reinstatement as Executive Director. Ann's dedication, commitment, and hard work cannot be overlooked as she has brought us together as a team and established a supportive environment where we have all grown together through adversity. We firmly believe that Ann's vision and goals for Vancouver Phoenix Gymnastics are an essential part of the club's present and future growth and support her many efforts in succeeding at creating a strong culture of commitment and loyalty with not only us but our members.

We want Ann back!!!
