when I first moved in here 11 years ago every morning a warden would personally call at our home and check how we were and if we had any problems but For a few years now we have been subjected to being a tenant on the other end of an intercom with no concerns as to our welfare,repairs or tenancy problems We are charged on our rent for a warden that is not being supplied. The general maintenance and upkeep of the site is non existent because we now have Housing Officers that cover multiple sites and are not fit for purpose as we are now just a number on the end of an intercom
