I, like so many other mums find it near impossible to go to the gym or any other classes at my local leisure centre due to childcare.
Exercise, to me, is absolutely crucial to mental health, reducing stress and general well being… and I know is the case for so many other local parents.
The crèche at Quayside sadly closed long ago however, was a lifeline for so many working & stay at home mums who attended classes, swimming and the gym whilst their little ones were cared for. 
We are asking for Fusion/the council to consider reinstating this valuable service and bring back such a vital facility to thousands of parents who otherwise can’t attend the centre (or pay for any form of membership as they never get a chance to go )
