Growing up, I was blissfully unaware of the devastating reality that has been unfolding in the Middle East since the British government initiated the process of granting Jewish refugees a right to land in Palestine. The arrival of these refugees led to the creation of the state of Israel. Over the past seventy years, the Zionist faction that has arisen within Israel has committed acts that include occupation, aggression, and violence against Palestinians. These actions, including murder, torture, and the illegal expropriation of land, are in stark violation of international law and have caused immense suffering to countless innocent individuals.

It is important to recognize the grave injustices and ongoing humanitarian crisis in the region. The international community, including our governments and global organizations, must acknowledge the historical and current plight of the Palestinian people. The time for passive observation is over; active intervention is necessary to address this enduring conflict.

Raising awareness about these humanitarian issues is crucial. It is imperative that the Israeli government be held accountable for actions that have perpetuated violence and instability for so long. Dissolving the state of Israel and reinstating Palestine is a bold yet necessary solution that could pave the way towards peace and the restoration of human rights for Palestinians.

Ending the Zionist occupation would not only provide justice to the oppressed but also foster an environment where true reconciliation can take place. To support these efforts, international law must be upheld, and global powers must play an active role in ensuring that human rights are protected and the rule of law is respected.
