This is Stephanie Heath and Zachary Saunders, petition for our daughter. Olivia Kay Saunders.  Our parental rights were terminated on July 13th, 2021. We were incarcerated for 4 months at that time, the judge prematurely terminated our parental rights without any trial or any chance. He made the decision himself to say we were guilty! Fast forward to my charges being dismissed on August 1st 2022 & Zack had his trial and was found not guilty on November 18th 2022. The judge terminated our rights due to those charges and here we are, still do not have our daughter back & so many doors slammed in our faces when asked if we can fight to get her back.
