Recently the Chief Justice of the Oregon Supreme Court announced plans to disband the entire 8-person PDSC Committee. The Chief Justice left open the idea that previous members could be reinstated and Ms. Lisa Ludwig absolutely should be. Ms. Ludwig is a seasoned trial attorney and this petition shows that the public defense community supports Ms. Ludwig's continued advocacy on the PDSC Committee.
