We, the residents of Aquia Harbour & the members of AHPOA demand the immediate reinstatement of Chief Thompson.
On Friday, November 5th, 2021, Chief Thompson was terminated without cause, as per the letter signed by the interim General Manager, Ken Laenger. This was done in a private meeting with Chief Thompson, the interim GM, and BOD, Jack Cavalier. During the meeting it was not explained to Chief Thompson why he was being terminated.
We demand Chief Thompson's reinstatement.
