Pod wpływem ostatnich wydarzeń powstał apel, który zamierzam skierować do Władz tego kraju. Listy do Ministra Rolnictwa i Prezesa ANR kierowane są jako listy otwarte. Jeśli ktoś podziela zawarte w nich opinie, proszę wkleić treść listu w treść maila i skierować je na adresy:

Szanowny Panie Prezesie,

W odniesieniu do odwołania ze stanowisk w dniu 19 lutego 2016 inspektora ds. hodowli koni

ANR, p. Anny Stojanowskiej,  prezesa Stadniny Koni Janów Podlaski, p. Marka Treli i prezesa

Stadniny Koni Michałów, p. Jerzego Białoboka, pragniemy wyrazić ubolewanie i głęboki niepokój

z powodu tych nagłych i niefortunnych decyzji. Piszemy do Pana nie jako przedstawiciele jakiejś

opcji, ale jako ludzie związani przez szereg lat z hodowlą koni arabskich, zarówno zawodowo,

jak i tylko przyjaźnią lub sympatią. Nie jest również naszym celem wnikanie w powody

polityczne lub personalne, jakie kryją się za zwolnieniami Pani Inspektor i Panów Prezesów. 

Wszystkie trzy postacie były przez lata lojalnie związane z państwową hodowlą koni arabskich,

poświęcając tej pracy talent, życie zawodowe i rodzinne. Każda z tych osób zaczynała karierę od

praktyki i dogłębnego poznania tajników pracy, przechodząc kolejno wszystkie szczeble kariery:

jako prosty masztalerz, koniuszy, weterynarz, hodowca itd. pod okiem legendarnych mentorów,

Andrzeja Krzyształowicza i Ignacego Jaworowskiego. 

Budowanie dzisiejszej potęgi polskiej hodowli koni arabskich odbyło się przy ich osobistym

zaangażowaniu i poświęceniu – codzienną pracą w stadninach, ale też zdobywaniem kontaktów,

zaufania, autorytetu i szacunku na całym świecie. Wyrazem tego są choćby funkcje pełnione

społecznie w krajowych i międzynarodowych organizacjach zrzeszających hodowców: Polskim

Związku Hodowców Koni Arabskich, Europejskiej Konferencji ds. Organizacji Pokazów Koni

Arabskich (ECAHO) i Światowej Organizacji Konia Arabskiego (WAHO).

Niezliczone są tytuły, wyróżnienia i honory, jakie spotykały polskie konie, wyhodowane dzięki

odważnym decyzjom, wiedzy, doświadczeniu i intuicji hodowlanej Pana Jerzego Białoboka, Pana

Marka Treli i Pani Anny Stojanowskiej. Sukcesy te miały bezpośrednie przełożenie na rosnącą

wartość rynkową polskich koni – nie tylko tych ze stadnin państwowych, ale też tych własności

prywatnej.

Polskie konie arabskie to element naszego dziedzictwa narodowego. Dzięki zachowaniu

ciągłości trwania i opiece państwa polskiego nad stadninami, stały się też jedynym krajowym

produktem eksportowym, który nieprzerwanie od dziesiątków lat cieszy się rosnącym uznaniem

wśród odbiorców na całym świecie. Hodowla koni arabskich jest dziedziną niezwykle wrażliwą i

każda nagła zmiana może mieć dla niej przykre i nieodwracalne konsekwencje. Jednym

z elementów sukcesu jest ciągłość jej trwania, zapewniona utrzymywaniem przez najcenniejsze

stadniny statusu firm państwowych. Drugim powinno być zapewnienie jak najlepszej,

profesjonalnie przygotowanej kadry: od podstawowej, na poziomie obsługi stajni, aż do „głów“

w postaci doświadczonych hodowców, kierowników, prezesów. Mamy wrażenie, że głowa

została właśnie oddzielona od tułowia.

W związku z tym zwracamy się z prośbą o rozważenie decyzji, które mogą mieć długofalowe i

nieodwracalne skutki dla utrzymania naszej hodowli na dotychczasowym, wysokim poziomie.

Nie mamy upoważnienia do wypowiadania się w imieniu zwolnionych osób i nie apelujemy o

konieczne przywrócenie ich na dotychczasowe stanowiska. Uważamy natomiast, że powinni

mieć przynajmniej szansę powrotu w struktury polskiej hodowli, aby mieć czas na dokończenie

dzieła życia i wykształcenie następców.

We know slightly more today as it is Monday in Poland. Two of the men directly responsible for this are Andrzej Sutkowski - new director of ZNW (Zespół Nadzoru Właścicielskiego) and Miroslaw Helta - from Breeding Section of the same department in the ANR. Please resend ALL your emails to these two men expressing your concern. The inboxes at the ANR are full with letter of support and protest from around the world - we MUST keep up the pressure to preserve the Arabian Horse in Poland!

Dear Friends & Family of the Polish Arabian Horse,

A very disturbing situation has arisen in Poland involving the release from employment of three of the most important, influential and longest serving stewards of the Arabian horse in Poland: Director Marek Trela from Janow Podlaski, Director Jerzy Bialobok from Michalow, and Chief Arabian Horse Specialist Anna Stojanowska from the Agricultural Property Agency. While we are unsure of the political motivation of this decision, we as an international Arabian community united in support of these dedicated horsepeople and the invaluable importance of the Polish State Studs must act en masse by writing letters of concern to the Polish Ministry of Agriculture & the Agricultural Property Agency.

We would ask that your letters of support be respectful, with an emphasis on the urgency of reinstating Directors Trela & Bialobok and Chief Specialist Stojanowska to their positions of leadership not only in Poland, but in the worldwide Arabian horse community. We must also respectfully urge the current Polish government to preserve the State Studs of Janow Podlaski, Michalow & Bialka, and secure the future of Poland’s National Treasure: the Arabian horse.

The future of the Arabian horse in Poland, and indeed around the world, is in jeopardy. Dear Sir,

In regard to the dismissal on Febraury 19th, 2016 of Anna Stojanowska, horse breeding inspector of the Agricultural Property Agency, as well as Marek Trela and Jerzy Białobok, presidents of Janów Podlaski and Michałów studs, we would like to express our regrets and grave concern over these sudden and unfortunate decisions. We are writing to you not as representatives of any political fraction, but as people that have for many years been associated with Arabian horse breeding either professionally or simply as its enthusiasts. It is also not our aim to go into detail regarding the political or personal reasons that may be the cause of the inspector's and the presidents' dismissals.
All three persons have for years been loyally associated with national Arabian horse breeding at the state studs, devoting their talent and both professional and personal lives to these jobs. Each of them had begun their career from hands-on experience and thoroughly getting to know the requirements of the job, successively working their way through all career stages: as a simple stable worker, head groom, veterinary officer, breeder etc., under the watchful eye of legendary mentors Andrzej Krzyształowicz and Ignacy Jaworowski.
The creation of the power that Polish Arabian horse breeding is today took place as a result of their personal involvement and dedication - through everyday work at the studs, but also by gaining connections, trust, authority and respect all over the world. This is reflected in the social functions served on national and international organizations that unite breeders: the Polish Arabian Horse Breeders Association, the European Conference of Arabian Horse Organizations (ECAHO) and the World Arabian Horse Organization (WAHO).
The titles, distinctions and honours that have been bestowed upon Polish horses bred thanks to the brave decisions, knowledge, experience and breeding intuition of Jerzy Białobok, Marek Trela and Anna Stojanowska are endless. These successes had a direct influence on the growing market value of Polish horses - not only those from state studs, but also those of private ownership.
Polish Arabian horses are a part of our national heritage. Thanks to maintaining the continuity of existence and the supervision of the Polish State over the studs, they have also become the only national export product that has uninterruptedly enjoyed a growing recognition among buyers all over the world.
The breeding of Arabian horses is an extremely sensitive field and every sudden change may lead to unpleasant and irreversible consequences. One of the elements of success is the continuity of its existence, guaranteed by the maintaining of a state-owned status by the most valuable studs. The
second should be the ensuring of the best, professionally trained staff: from the very basic stable employees to the very top, the so-called "heads" in the form of experienced breeders, managers, presidents. We are under the impression that the head has just been separated from the body.
As a result we are asking to reconsider the decisions which may have long-term and irreversible effects for the maintaining of our breeding at the high level at which it currently stands. We are not authorized to speak on behalf of the dismissed people and we are not necessarily calling for their reinstatement to their previous positions. However we do feel that they should at least have a chance to return within the structures of Polish breeding in order to complete their lives' work and school their successors.
