As residents of Reigate and Banstead Borough we are petitioning for noise-free fireworks. Loud fireworks have such a negative effect on pets, wildlife, children and the elderly in our community. Every year we experience hours of horrific noise, before and on 5th November and on New Year’s Eve well into the New Year’s Day. We believe that noise-free fireworks are just as pretty and enjoyable, but much safer and less scary.
