Who decided our ability to learn was hindered by the length of our skirts? Who established the standards for how professionalism should be displayed?

You are not only being tremendously sexist when you dictate how long our skirts should be; you are also fostering a victim-blaming culture that sexualizes and demonises us and makes us believe that any unwelcome attention is our fault.

The justifications given by school staff for regulating skirt lengths is rather problematic and quite frankly misogynistic. The length of my skirt has no effect on anyone’s ability to learn. If it bothers you, the issue is not with me, but rather yourself.
