The senior women students at Bennett University are being allotted the H-block hostel. This is a problem as there are 2-3 bathrooms among 6-8 girls, each of whom have to use the facilities at the same time as all of us have classes beginning from 8:30 am.
Not just this, women need to have the bathroom situation sorted because of their monthly menstrual cycles. During this time of the month, we require special attention to cleanliness and hence more time in the bathrooms. Also it is a proven fact that with time women's cycles sync with each other, therefore, this particular situation would be very mismanaged.
Also, with us living is such crammed spaces, communicable diseases such as covid and dengue (via carrier) could be much more prevelant.

The solution would simply be to let the students stay in the same hostel rooms they were allotted in the beginning of their college. These had common bathrooms which, at any particular point in time had atleast one free facility that could be used with minimal waiting time. The amount of money that has been paid is more than enough for us to have these facilities available to us, with ease. Downgrading our living situation is a very wrong move on the college's part.

Since we have been home, fighting our own battles along with the pandemic. We have become comfortable with the way our lives are. To put us in such an uncomfortable situation without any time to adjust would be torturous.
I humbly plead the Registrar and the Chief Warden of Bennett University to consider our plea and give it a thought since what we are asking isn't a big problem. You have enough capacity and capability to make this happen.
