Provide Healthcare Providers of Regina, Sk with Parking

Problem
Even with a waiting list of over 1800 for Parking Passes, the city of Regina continues to force Front-line Healthcare Providers to park in 2 hour paid parking spots, which results in a loss of bedside care to the patients in hospital as nurses, staff, etc must leave their post to move their vehicles every 120 minutes. This simply has become unacceptable, unattainable, and unaffordable when the tickets pile up.

Solution
The solution is that there either needs to be designated infrastructure created for the Healthcare workers of Regina Saskatchewan's hospitals, or that parking passes be issued to those who are currently employed as staff ASAP.
