We the workers of Regal are being taken advantage of, corporate does not care for us and sees us as expendable. We make the minimum they can pay us and get away with. We are forced to work late nights and early mornings for little pay. Many of us cannot sit down at work as we work nine to twelve hour shifts. We are exposed to hazardous materials, lye and industrial cleaners often without protection for our bodies, and smoke from popcorn that causes us lung issues. We used to be partially compensated via free tickets and now even that is gone from us. We want to be treated as people, not as expendable.
