The main aim of the project is to improve the current play facilities for the benefit of the residents and visitors to the area.  The play area is located in the open space, between two areas.This is the only play area for Capshard, Dunnikier and Newtonmore Estates. 

The current play area is non-existent, with only some rusted pieces of equipment left in situ. It is very clear to the whole area that the play park requires an upgrade.
