It's time we take issues that affect all Kentuckians back in our control. Our state has been governed by a super majority for to long. The districts have been drawn to ensure that it remains that way. By adding the right of referendum voting to our constitution it will allow Kentuckians to vote on issues ourselves that matter. With enough signatures on a given issue, items that matter to Kentuckians can be added to ballots to be voted on by the citizens of our state and our voices can be heard rather than being determined by one party or the other.
