Our word is damaged. To mandatorily award all under 33-23 year olds within London, Birmingham and Manchester electric cars, unless, they live by themselves or are the sole person with a car at the address of which they live-- they are still welcome to apply for an Electric vehicle. Solar panel systems come at £500, electric cars don't cost much and they do 250-350 miles on a singular charge. That, or help in having their current car converted into hydrogen fuelled, which is actually more costly. A 0% interest loan paying for a new car whether electric or hydrogen. Choice of car is given. The loan's payback doesn't begin for 10 months, at which they pay back £99.00 a month if they are earning 36k-40 a year, and £55.00 a month if they receive less than 36k. 
Those moving over have their old care bought for recycling, and the money used towards an electric car of their choice. Electric cars are tax free now and shall forever remain tax free. You can charge electric cars from home. If you have a solar panel-- that will give you free fuel. Solar panels can be extremely cheap too: between £400.00 and £500.00. A loan shall also be awarded to help pay for a solar kit. If someone is on less that 17K a year, they should get a loan of £180.00 to help cover the cost. The loan has a 0.6% interest and must start paying back £25.00 a month, after two months. Also, a PV inverter shall be included. A loan of £300.00 is granted for those who receive less than £40,000 a year. The loan has a 3% interest rate and repayments don't start for 3 months, at which £15 a month is paid back. If someone is earning 40k+ a year, then payments for the inverter not start for the first month, and then continue at £20 a month. The cease of production of new petrol and diesel cars shall come into effect before 2024. We have seen enough of the 2022 heatwaves to remind us for a life time. Rivers are now permanently effected-- they water the land. This petition put into action will be a blessing for the people, and not a burden. They will have more money and the planet will be in better health. Once we do this, America may take note and do something of this sort, even if its a smaller scale. We don't have to have every car bought and replaced in one month: the plan could take seven months to see all cars of the select age group replaced. Also, the option shall be included to have an old car converted into an electric one. This is paid for on a loan and a temporary replacement is sent.
Secondly, If you are aged thirty-three or less, and you are in a couple and live together or are married, then one of you is to be awarded an electronic replacement to the same description as above, with the solar panel system and PV inverter included as stated for the other age group. 
Old batteries can be recycled and are recycled.

10,000 signatures and I create a gofundme to put forward to the pay for what it can, ensuring at least a few people who trade in their old car receive a free car, or at least for a meaningful discount.  Anyone can donate as little as they like which can go towards paying for these cars. Once enough is raised, Britons from across the U.K came together and starting cleaning out air and saving the environment together: this means that we would have seen a beneficial act of charity for man, beast and earth that we all see the results from.
