Gas prices are spiking at astronomical rates. This is affecting people's ability too make ends meet. We have the resources to be self sufficient. Our dependency on foreign oil has cost Americans jobs, and is financing attacks on innocent civilians. We realize water is a precious natural resource and we need to protect it.
