We would like to have your signature on this petition in hopes of getting Quincy's case heard.  Quincy was given 3 life sentences, plus 90 years, in 1984 at 21 years old WITHOUT A JURY TRIAL.  He is now 59 years old and is eligible for parole in 2045.  

During Quincy's time in prison he became a Christian in 1994 and since then has worked to serve others. He is a mentor to younger inmates and encourages them to make changes in their lives to never come back to prison. Also, in 2012 he served as an assistant chaplain.

Quincy has completed numerous classes, trainings, college courses, and Bible studies.  He has earned several educational certificates and an Associate in Arts Degree from Shaw University. He was also awarded a certificate of outstanding achievement for his years of service as a canteen operator. 

We believe that Quincy has served more than enough time in prison and pray that he is granted mercy to allow him a fair trial or his release.  Please sign this petition and share Quincy's story.
