Please sign this petition if you believe that Red Rock Insights should allow their members to redeem their earned points from www.redrockinsights.com into the form of Amazon or iTunes gift cards as stated in their Rules. Do not allow this brand new company to pull the wool over your eyes by doing a bait and switch!
Red Rock Insights lured customers to their brand new website by offering $25 Amazon gift cards and $25 iTunes gift cards if they earned enough points by completing activities on their site, as well as a "Bonus Research Survey". If you did this you survey you earned 20,000 points right away, in which you could redeem into two $25 immediate use gift cards; each costing 10,000 points each. They have been out of stock since day one. They have not only refused to replenish the stock as stated on their webpage, but now they have blatently lied to each and every one of their new members. They have the rules and made it so you can not redeem your points for immediate gift cards, but instead be entered into a giveaway to win one, and they have also changed the amount from 10,000 to 50,000 each.
New members were under the impression by the Sweepstakes rules that the gift cards were obtained by redemption if they have enough eaned points and that the giveaways were the weekly and bi-weekly iPad, Kindle Fire and various other prizes. Red Rock Insights has changed the rules unoffically because they have not changed it in the official rules, nor on their website. They have told numerous members different stories and have fooled us all.
After the change that was posted via their Facebook regarding the gift card redempion, they sent an e-mail out to members in the middle of the night saying "FREE Gift Card Announcement! “When will you replenish the free gift cards?” the fans on our Facebook Page have asked. Oh, I dunno… how about NOW?! You better act quickly because these cards are going to disappear fast. If you miss out on this batch of Amazon cards this time around, keep coming back to Red Rock Insights in the future because more gift cards (including iTunes!) will pop up again in the future."
Red Rocks has pulled a bait and switch! Let's not let them get away with it!!
