I don’t understand. Much love to Jokic, he definitely is integral but Embiid has proven what it takes to be an MVP. He averages 30.2 PPG, 11 RBP and 4.2 APG. He has proven to be a force to be reckon with. Currently, as this is being written, the 76ers are 2-2 against the #1 seeded heat. Before that, they were 0-2 due to Embiid’s absence injury with an orbital fracture and a concussion. Since then, he has returned and averaged 21 points between the two games he has been there and 11 rebounds. Correct me if I’m wrong, but compared to Jokic, I don’t see why Embiid is not the league MVP.
