Students at Connell High School each have unique interests and talents that need to  awarded with symbols, such as cords and stoles. These symbols of student achievement should be displayed at Connell High School's graduation. However, currently there is only a few symbols of achievement. While many schools in the area are able to provide their students with many ways of displaying achievements. Connell High School only has a limited number of graduation cords and stoles. Not only will displaying each students extracurricular and merit achievements, it will also inspire many students. By failing to recognize accomplishments, we are failing to recognize our students. Many students at Connell High School feel the need of their recognitions in Tri-Tech, Running Start, Math Team, Knowledge Bowl, Choir and the many extracurriculars Connell High School provides to be recognized.
