We are citizens of Southend-On-Sea and seeing the beach in this state is heart breaking. On a daily bases we see people littering on the beach turning it from a beautiful place to relax to a horrible wasteland. This is not only bad for my area but the whole world.

The reason it effects the rest of the world is Southend beach joins with the north sea meaning all the litter collected on our beach is washed into the north sea. This will effect countries like Belgium and France

One way we could prevent this cause it by building more bins on the beach this could stop people littering and change the pollution in the sea. Hope you take this information on and consider signing the petition
