This petition seeks to gain equal support for those who have recently become self-employed (i.e. less than one year), but had registered as self-employed with HMRC before the outbreak of the Coronavirus.

Whilst understanding the need to avoid fraudulent claims, we seek equal support for those who had registered as self-employed with HMRC before the outbreak of Covid-19 and who can complete a 2019/20 tax return and support with bank accounts and invoice history. We petition that they should be entitled to the same support as those who have completed a 2018/19 tax return. Please sign and please share!
