Judge Paul Richardson of the Yolo County Superior Court Family Law Division is currently being investigated for judicial misconduct.  Paul Richardson does not read motions put before him, allows slander in his court and violates multiple constitutional rights of litigants.  Because of his laziness he is indifferent to the legal process and would appear that he is an elderly man politically active to only make it to his pension.  He refused to stay a case the law states he is required to under UCCJEA.  He forced a "speedy custody trial" on two weeks notice knowing my entire family was moving.  Upon my many requests he did not even bother requiring the other attorney to serve me exhibits.  He refused to allow my exhibits in as well as disallowed two of my witnesses.  One of the witnesses was the Chief of Staff of Baltimore City Police who was set to testify against my documented abuser. It is clear he did this so he could have an order in place to make sure he had a legal argument to not release the case under UCCJEA rules.  He commented on the Maryland Circuit Judge Dennis Robinson Jr, saying "He will not be held hostage by another court."  He then stated to me, "He did not believe I had a reported opinion in the Maryland Courts.  That the other attorney indicated it was a pending matter.  Even if it is a reported opinion and I was telling him the truth he did not want to read it as it could manipulate his ruling."  He also called it a hearsay document.  Paul Richardson attempted to make orders for a child he did not have jurisdiction over.  Because of this incompetency it has cost my family tens of thousands of dollars on attorneys in Maryland.  When he realized he did not have to authority to make the orders, he made threats to me, weaponizing my daughter who was abandoned by her father for more than half of her life. By signing this petition you are removing a lazy egotistical authoritarian, who is incapable of performing his judicial duties of protecting children.  He is thoughtless, vindictive and cruel, and everything a judge should not be.  When he heard 5 professionals come to court and say that I was not abusive, he still removed a child from my custody giving me no access besides facetimes. Then after making this order a hearing was held without service to me, that allows the abuser who abandoned his daughter discretion to give me facetime access.  My abuser has made it clear that he lives in Pennsylvania and he intends to have the child raised in New York with his parents.  Before he obtained custody he had only 30 days of visits with her.  Paul Richardonson's father was a Supreme Court Judge, and Paul Richardson is the perfect example of nepotism.  This is what is destroying the Constitution and everything that America stands for.  I am asking you to sign this petition and aid in his recall so the Yolo tax payers are not paying this self righteous, lazy and undeserving man a pension for the rest of his life. By signing this petition you are protecting the rights of parents and children through out Yolo County.  It also sends a strong message to other judges with fragile egos that the citizens have a say, and we can fight back.  Thank you
