Almost 10 years ago, East Brunswick New Jersey tore down its only skatepark and the township hasn't done anything to rebuild it. Instead they replaced it with tennis courts, and have essentially abandoned the idea of ever building a new park. The park was built in 2003, and had wear and tear, along with a vandalism issue. However, a park in Somerset, Middlebush park that was in a similar state is currently going through a permanent rebuild out of concrete. I never got to skate East Brunswick skatepark, but I want to at least raise awareness,
