Call on President Trump to RESIGN for sexual assault and harassment!
0 have signed. Let’s get to 500!
Beginning with the news about Harvey Weinstein, women across the country have spoken truth to power: exposing and sharing stories of their own histories of sexual assault and harassment in the workplace, in their homes, on the fields. As we are seeing -- sexual assault and harassment happens across party lines and at all levels of government and power. While politicians from both parties suggest these are not "real issues," women and their allies across Montana know differently.
Whether we are talking about sexual assaults on campus, missing and murdered indigenous women on the reservations, assaults against indigenous women in the oil fields, sexual attacks against our trans community or the day-in-day-out sexual violations against women in workplaces throughout the state -- we KNOW these are the real issues.
We KNOW that such attacks and harassment create a world that discriminates against women.
We KNOW that these assaults impact the quality of women's lives at every level - women lose jobs for speaking up, women get murdered, women feel undermined while going to school, women stay in relationships because they lack other financial options.
Taking the anniversary of the historical Women's March in Helena as our starting point, we, the undersigned, demand that the most powerful predator, President Trump, be held accountable and RESIGN!
AN ASSAULT ON ONE IS AN ASSAULT ON ALL!
