After canceling face to face instruction the students have a right to receive a partial refund of their tuition. Students did not pay to receive online instruction, they paid to get face to face instruction a much more valuable way of learning. We want to help students reach Chancellor Blank as we should not be paying the same amount as students in the past who were able to receive a full semester of face to face instruction.
