TWI in tandem with CSWIP have been dragging heels on marking and certification issue for as long as any in the diving community can remember, in many cases leading to divers losing jobs. 
There is no excuse in 2022 for this lack lustre process to continue therefore the diving community at this time would like to demonstrate our disapproval. 
We believe that with waiting times extending to as long as 3-4 months as the norm that it is time for reform.
