Reality TV is influencing people’s everyday lives. It is causing body dysmorphia, mental health issues, behavior, and ruining peoples relationships. For example, when you’re watching a reality show and you see the whole cast of that show in shape with perfect bodies, and no obese people, you feel if you’re anything fatter then this you’re overweight and not good enough. The problem with reality TV is everybody thinks it’s 100% true, meanwhile it’s far from reality. They alter everything in these shows. People don’t understand these things aren’t real and that is the problem. There should be warnings at the beginning of each episode saying that there was editing done, and other things to make this show and it’s not the complete truth.
