Growing Marijuana. What happens when you sell your property (PDS)

What you aren't told is that in B.C. when selling a property, you are required to fill out a property disclosure statement. (PDS) Question 4A asks if the premises have been used as a marijuana grow operation. If you answer yes, the main 5 banks will NOT provide financing to your buyer. Additionally your property can be devalued by up to 10%.
We need to have this clause removed from the PDS. Minimally, the wording needs to be changed to exclude remediated properties and legal grow operations.
