We as Mogorwane Vilage we request  department  of education  to reopen Phatlane Secondary reason being.:

1,Mogorwane  it is a growing  community  ,wich means it is very important  to have secondary in our community.

2, Most of learners are traveling  very far to reach schools while not everyone  afford to pay transport. 

3, some are relying  on lift, and it is not safe.

Below are possible  reasons why Phatlane had low enrollment:

1, Phatlane only had  grade 8 to grade 10,so people took their children to onother schools to avoid changing/switching  to another  school (it will be better  if they introduce  grade 11 and 12)
