Recently a video came into light where in dehradun centre nda applicants are seeing using mobile phones during their GAT paper which is unacceptable. This is a hard punch on the face of all those who diligently prepare for this prestigious exam. This exam holds such a big contribution on th country's future that if this proper actions are not taking against those involved will let all aspirants to lose trust on UPSC. It is constitutional body and such news is unbelievable. I would like this petition to reach to the highest official authority of UPSC and proper countermeasures taken to tackle the situation according to the Constitution of India. If this thing goes unnoticed it will have major implications on the psychology of the aspirants and can defame the elite armed forces of India. We don't what should be the reaction but if it is reconduction of the exam then it should be done. 

Please dont play with lives of honest and innocent people those aspire to join armed forces one day.
