Courtney Tailor is the young lady that murdered her boyfriend Christian Tobechukwu and subsequently was released on some Bakers Act loop hole! Since then she has been sighted out in the public enjoying an active social life even as soon as the next day after being released! This is a serious abortion of justice. This is a simple petition requesting that she be re-arrested and that her bakers act claims be denied because she is not crazy to the extent of the bakers act law, but quite the opposite very conscious of what she did. The fact that she has murdered her boyfriend, claimed insanity, and then appears in public in social settings on Friday nights is giving serial killer and the nation that I live in needs to correct this serious injustice.
