I started this petition in hopes of gathering a group of people that can all work together to advocate for more funding, staffing, and resources for children in the care of the ministry. I recently spoke up about my horrible experiences and the lack of support I received and I was bombarded by many other stories of the system failing children. I strongly believe that in order to prevent adult Mental Health Services from ripping at the seams the support should be readily available and deemed highly important at the root of the issue which is the ministry of child and Youth.
