I would like to file a petition against insensitive behaviour of Bank (ICICI Bank) towards failed online transaction between same bank  where as a customer our money stuck in bank


I am having ICICI Bank account A/c - 072001519634 and my wife too .I was doing transaction this morning 4th June 2019 from my account to my wife account this morning due to medical emergency through their official app . Amount of Rs 8000 was deducted but not credited to my account. I was freaked out when customer care casually said it will take 7 days .I was really freaked as I needed for medical emergency but really feeling helpless .
I mean why should we wait for 7 days ,I did not use 3rd party app .It's was between same bank ,same branch so why 7 days.
We are not living in 20 years ago zone
All are connected to internet and it's quick
So that's not make sense.
I was little harsh with support but which was natural when you have emergency and this happen and support take it casually .
I tried calling again .same casual reply .
Really . Even when one support transfer his manager ,he pretending that he was unable to hear and disconnected.
I just simply asked what should I tell to my doctor to do emergency medical help a week as my money is stuck in ICICI bank for a week or just miss it.
This is unfair from bankd whether govt or private, failed transaction due to bank mechanism must sort out in 24 hours whether its online transfer or Atm transfer issue.
Please do support n fight to fix this up.
