Stop Unfair Bank Practise that impact us customers

In 2014 my savings account changed from suvidha to BBSA and it was functioning well.
Suddenly last year on 3rd Aug 2016 they sent me a mail and introduced some ridiculous restrictions in the account as below:
· I could make only 4 transactions per month which includes emi, neft,rtgs, bill payments, purcahses , withdrawals.
In case of exceeding 4 transactions, my account would get converted to Citibanking account for which I had to maintain 2 lakhs balance or be charged a penalty for same.
This is unfair practise and I am sure is afflicting many customers like myself. Why should Bank impose a restriction on the number of transactions we do with our money. I dont see this with other Banks.
Please help stop this unfair practise from Citibank.
