Change the eligibility for RBI Grade B officer recruitment from 60% to 55%

RBI is one of the most sought after workplace for almost every banking professional/aspiring banker. The Grade B officer recruitment requires a candidate to have secured a min of 60% in ssc, hsc and graduation. Banking is a field where experience helps a lot and there are many candidates with good banking experience who can't write the exam as they are unable to fulfill the above condition, whereas freshers with no experience and who need to be trained more can write the same. The percentage secured in ssc, hsc and graduation shouldn't be a major factor when the organization is itself going to provide training. Even SBI and other banks recruiting through IBPS have put the qualifying percentage as 50-55. I request you to please join me and request RBI to change this criteria so that a lot of aspiring and experienced candidates can appear for this post. Please do not let our academic background become a roadblock in our journey in moving forward and working for the banking regulator of our country.
