Why this petition matters
Hi, here I would like to bring some unusual banking services. The bank has adopted technology, use of smart cards, plastic money but questions is if it is completely safe and specially for senior citizens. India has illiterate ratio as well and bank is need to everyone for safety. But now a days banks is just overburden them with their numerous product and without their knowledge or sometime un necessary services. Our older parents are not savvy with English but bank sending notification in English. No senior citizens special services they have to stand up hours in line for their own money.. new digital system is highly fraud prominent . I met with old guy and said that bank has forcefully isuuing debit card to him but he don't know how to use and scared also. Is it really rightful. Just to sell products and earns annual charges banks are theirself do frauds.
My question to every bank in india why don't you understand problem of people in india. And we are not digital fully. Our new generation might be technology dependant but our old aged people can't be rely on others for their own money because you are making digital India.
Every individual has his own rights and willfull to use account digitally or annually. It should be customer's right not banks.
