Charge the Christchurch Shooters with Terrorism

A call for the Crown Solicitor for Christchurch to charge the Christchurch Shooters of 15 March 2019 under section 6A of the Terrorism Suppression Act 2002.

A 'terrorist act' is defined under section 5 of the Act.  It is our belief that the shootings committed fall under this definition.

Why is this important?

Under section 6A, those who committed this shooting would be "liable on conviction to imprisonment for life or a lesser term."

More importantly, the organisation which helped to supply, organise, and otherwise support those who committed these Acts could also be held liable under various sections of this Act as a terrorist organisation.
