Jamindari was abolished long back in India but it is was on paper. Practically, still we are living in Same Era specially private sector employees. Would like share my own story when a Chair Person of Bajaj Group Mr. Shekhar bajaj, asked to find a domestic servant for his residence. Employees to save their job has no option but to do that. Any how, the Servant was not liked by him and his family and finally I have to resign from my position under pressure at my age of 57. All written proof is available with me what I have said. May be such situation is other family owned business is also there. Employees are treated as "Ghulam"
Under Article 21 of Indian constitution, human rights are well defined and one can seek help of National Human Right Commission, but this is not applicable for Private institution, public/ private companies & individuals.
Can I raise a question whether people working in private sector is not a human being? They can't have any legal protections for their right? May be not known to so many private sector employees. Through this appeal I am requesting ministry of law & justice to look in to and allow people in private sector to fight for their basic fundamental human right same as allowed in public and government sector.
I request all of my friends, specially people in private sector to have courage & let's take stand to fight for our right. This is the time to stay united. If we will keep on ignoring, it is sure, our children had also to work under this Era called "Jamindari" & they will be treated as "Ghulam" like British Government even in Independent India.
I am sure each of us would not like our children to face "Jamindaril Era", they should be independent. To fight, I humbly request to please sign the petition
