Prominent action against Cyber Bullying

Social Media was meant to get people connected, as time passes it's being used as the platform to express ones thought.
But! Unfortunately; Now whenever anyone post her/his view, people from different view contradict the view.
The worst part is in these opposing view some insensitive & ignorant starts using hate comment on the basis of hate/sex/religion/caste....
And every single person get through it way too smoothly.
The Constitution of India and its hate speech laws aim to prevent discord among its many ethnic and religious communities. The laws allow a citizen to seek the punishment of anyone who shows the citizen disrespect "on grounds of religion, race, place of birth, residence, language, caste or community or any other ground whatsoever".
India prohibits hate speech by several sections of the Indian Penal Code, the Code of Criminal Procedure, and by other laws which put limitations on the freedom of expression. Section 95 of the Code of Criminal Procedure gives the government the right to declare certain publications “forfeited” if the “publication ... appears to the State Government to contain any matter the publication of which is punishable under Section 124A or Section 153A or Section 153B or Section 292 or Section 293 or Section 295A of the Indian Penal Code”
BUT! When it comes to social Media and Digital world, No strict action is taken ever.
Anyone can easily hurt anyone's feeling with her/his insensitive hate speech.
I urge you all to sign this petition so that our Honorable Cabinet Minister, Mr. Ravi Shankar Prasad, Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, Government of India. Takes some strict and severe action to stop this digital shaming and cCyber Bullying in our nation.
Our Cyber law is not that incompetent as they think.
Please! Prove it to them
