Conant High School Students March 14 Walk-Out Against Gun Violence

0 have signed. Let’s get to 500!

We are students, we are change! In light of recent events, Conant students have decided to stand up and let our voices be heard. We want to help bring justice to the victims of school shootings and others by fighting for congressional action in response to the public health crisis of gun violence. Sign this petition if you plan to walk out with us on March 14 in protest, and want to continue to be politically active. We are fighting for our right to safety, and for politicians to value that as much as we do.

The protest will be on Wednesday, March 14 at 10:00 AM.

Note: For seniors, this absence can be appealed. For the rest of the school, the absence can be cleared off by parents. If not, it will count as an unexcused absence but students will not face disciplinary charges. However, it should be known that attendance will still be taken and those who do not partake in a peaceful manner will face disciplinary actions by the administration. Those in the Harper promise program should keep an eye out on attendance. For seniors, please check if your future school is okay with attendance as well.

Don't be on the wrong side of history. Note: This is not a school-sponsored event.
