Considering the lockdown and work from home during this pandemic, a proper internet connection is essential. Hathway is advertising itself as the best internet  service provider in the market. This is totally false. Everything will go well until you face a technical issue. And God forbid, if you are fully dependent on these guys for completing your office work and there is a technical issue, there will be no one to rescue. The customer care service is absolutely rubbish. They don’t have proper infrastructure to provide service and yet they are taking money on time. You can visit their Facebook page and see how the customers are suffering and complaining for issues without getting any resolution. Their app in AppStore is having rating 1 out of 5. You can imagine how bad there service are in case you face any issue. 

I recently shifted my connection after contacting almost 6-7 of their agents, multiple escalations in their helpline, nobody gives a damn. Still the connection is not activated. My work got seriously affected due to this.
