Ratify a Constitutional Amendment protecting American's natural rights

I'm an Army infantry veteran of two tours. I was hurt and received a medevac my second deployment. I've used schedule I plants to help heal my mind and body of the harm it has endured. The drug war has impacted many American's lives for the worse. It's not just drug users who have been harmed, but also many non-drug-using citizens. It is the greatest threat to Constitutional freedoms in the history of our nation, and has already eroded many of the liberties guaranteed to us by our founding documents. Every American has been affected. Decriminalizing the cultivation of natural plant medicines and natural remedies would return these lost liberties to the people of America. A Constitutional Amendment would restrict the government from infringing the people's freedoms in the name of protecting them from themselves.
28th Amendment to the United States Constitution:
“Congress shall make no law restricting, outlawing, or prohibiting the free cultivation and husbandry of plants, animals, or fungus. The right of the people to grow and use natural products for personal use from these sources shall not be infringed.”
