I am a student of Rangapara College , B.Com 2nd sem . I am willing to raise an issue.

Guwahati University is going to conduct semester examinations and are charging students an amount of ₹680. There are segments of students who will definitely pay the amount for the form fill up process, but on the other hand there are students who are not financially independent and so are their parents who cannot afford fees during this pandemic. Added to that our college is collecting extra ₹300 for admission and ₹300 for approval of the form. Summing up the amount will be ₹1280.

The scenario this year is reversed from previous year, as previous year we were given free admission as well as we were provided ₹1500 in our bank accounts extra for purchasing books.

With this being said , I would like to appeal Guwahati University, CM of Assam and education minister of Assam to look into this matter and take action against this.
