Change the enforcement of schools dress codes.

Us girls of Waldon Middle School in Lake Orion Michigan are outraged of the enforcement of our schools dress code. Teachers are strictly targeting and enforcing dress codes on girls. Though we think the dress code is reasonable, we feel that it should be enforced upon both genders as it is meant to be in the first place. Boys in our school are getting away with unacceptable outfits such as muscle t-shirts extremely tight shirts, meant to show off muscles and not getting dress coded. Yet, girls are getting harshly dress coded for the showing of our shoulders. Really? They say the showing of shoulders are "a distraction to the boys" but, showing off muscles is not distracting to a teenage girl? We are taught to adjust ourselves to make sure that the boys have a better learning environment, but what about us?
