This week we have been Informed of new rules being added on to the already incredibly sexist dress code. It’s about time we start calling out schools for enforcing rules that affect girls mentally as well as promote r@pe culture by not holding true culprits accountable.

You don’t not see us for who we are but for the body we walk in and that is dehumanizing. It is HOT it is Texas and we simply want to be comfortable.

We want to express ourselves freely without the anxiety of being sent to the office. We do not want to be sexualized, it has gone on for far too long and has become tiring. 

I ask you now as I am representing the female student body, do not let this continue. Be part of something  that can change our school for the better and inspire other schools to fight against it as well.
